Maquet, a Leading Global Provider for Medical Solutions, Launches Regional Sales Office at Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (Dubiotech)

Germany based MAQUET, global market leaders for operating room systems and intensive care units, has launched its Middle East Office in the Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech).

MAQUET Middle East is the German company’s 23rd new sales and service subsidiary launched within the last six years alone, representing the impressive growth that MAQUET has witnessed since 2000.

Empower moves to DHCC

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the pioneering district cooling provider, has announced the relocation of its office to Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).

An outcome of its ongoing expansion initiative and rapidly growing client base, Empower is now located in a three-storey building, covering an area of 36,000 square feet, and with parking spaces for 55 cars.

The new building is connected to a district cooling system where water is cooled in central plants and distributed through a piping network to individual customer buildings. Empower is a joint venture between Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone (TECOM) and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).
