TECOM Launches Customer Care Complaints Hotline Number
TECOM has launched a Customer Care
Complaints Hotline telephone number
04-3676667 to log complaints and
feedback. The facility can be accessed
from Saturday to Thursday, 8am to 8pm.
The Call Centre Agent answering the call
will register the complaint or feedback
and provide the caller with a reference
log number, which can be used for
tracking and follow-up.
The earlier number 04-3910000 is now
handled exclusively by du to receive IT
and Telecom related complaints.
