Branches of existing companies or other licensed commercial entities or companies incorporated in the Zone to manage commercial and residential property located within the Zone only.

Administration Office

Branches of existing companies or other licensed commercial entities or companies incorporated in the Zone to manage the construction process of the licensee‟s premises in the Zone. An Administration Office activity licence does not otherwise permit the licensee to undertake any business activity from the Zone.

Commercial Developer

Branches of existing companies or other licensed commercial entities or companies incorporated in the zone that has purchased or leased land with the intention of constructing a premises for commercial purpose. This will also allow the licensee to collaborate with the Authority under the terms of the Authority‟s Property Management and Leasing Agreement PMLA.

Property Management

Branches of existing companies or other licensed commercial entities or companies incorporated in the zone to manage the leasing and administration of. commercial and residential property located within the Zone only.
