Intel this week signed an agreement with Dubai Internet City (DIC) to move  its Dubai offices there. The move by Intel, the latest among several multinational companies to establish at DIC, reinforces DIC’s status as the information and communications technology (ICT) hub of the region. 

The signing was attended by Gordon Graylish, Intel Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Group, and General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Abdullatif Al Mulla, Deputy CEO, TECOM Investments. Also present at the occasion were Samir Al-Schamma, General Manager, Intel GCC, Jamal Abdulsalam, Executive Director of Dubai Internet City, and Fareed Abdulrahman, Director of Sales, Dubai Internet City.

“Intel is moving its offices to Dubai Internet City because it offers a strategic platform to tap new opportunities in this fast-growing market,' said Graylish “This will help our Dubai team to be closer to many of our fellow travelers in the region as we continue to work with them to develop our business and play a role in growing the IT sector here”
